The legacy of Midhun Markose Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. began over four decades ago in the Middle East with Mr. Reyan Markose , an expert and veteran in the fields of real estate and infrastructure development in the Middle East. He had the vision and desire to leverage his vast experience to build contemporary living spaces in his home state of Kerala.His vision bore fruit with the formation of the company in 2015. Mr.Reyan Markose together with Mrs. Mary Sherine Markose laid the foundation stone for Midhun Markose Builders on 29 th July, 2015 and registered it under Companies Act, 2013. The Company is named ‘Midhun Markose’ in memory of their dearest son Midhun.

Within a very short period of time, the company has developed over 2 Lakh Square feet of space in the real estate sector.
